spirit and mind draining

Working week 2
exhausting.
perturbed.
So this week, we leant how to answer phone calls.
and i dislike it.
Mainly because, sometimes, we don't know how to answer their question
and we had to run around the pharmacy, asking colleagues for answers.
Sometimes, i even made up my own answers. yes.
Not only that, we had to answer phone calls and pack.
Doesn't sound difficult at all, but its annoying.
*packs drug, phone rings, goes off to answer, runs around, comes back, forgets what you're packing and wheres the label, finds it, pack again, phone rings again*
everything was in the state of disorder
And then, there's this day where a tsunami of prescription came, and the patients were tired of waiting. So, a stream of phone calls came T_T
Nurses were hella rude, demanding to know when it's gonna be ready, where the pharmacists are etc.
PFT.
Still, we learnt quite a lot. We went with the pharmacist to the wards today !
I feel dumb for not knowing how to answer her questions >.>
Luckily, she's nice and patient with us :)
