AUSTRALIA, SYDNEY 2009 - Part III

Day 4
This day was the best day!!!!!
Blue mountains!~
Beautiful day as usual. The weather on that day was good. Not as cold, and not hot at all.
First, we went to Leura Town, located in the Blue mountains.
What can I say? It's the perfect town that I want to retire in.
It's soooo peaceful, with nice people and shops. Not to mention the scenery!
Luckily for us, the town is running a fair! So lots of little shops run by the local people of Leura!
Mumzy bought these homemade mouth-watering cookies from the fair.
So.Good! I wish mumzy can bake like they do
No much photos here because I was too busy buying things. ahahha
So, we went to this country shop where they were having a sale!
Lots of good buy, I say. However, I totally regretted not buying the cup :(
Now I want it sooooooo bad.
The market~ Bought some stuff here as well :)
AND, a local actually spoke malay to me! Impressive!
Sadly, the time limit for us in this town is so darn short.

Next, we went to the Australian 'Grand Canyon'!!!!

The famous '3 sisters'!!!! Well, the 3 rocks are called '3 sisters'
There's some story behind its name!
And! we head to ______(i forgot the name!!!!! shoot!)
Bought some tickets and sat the railway!
It was said to be the world steepest railway, and yes, they are.
I was too busy shooting a video, and at one point, the railway suddenly went steep,
I thought I was gonna fall off.
Got off the railway, and went sightseeing in the forest! We walked all the way to the cableway!
TADA!~
Sat the cableway, and had another fantastic scene of the Australian Grand Canyon!
After that, we ate lunch, and some snacks.
Next destination was the Featherdale Wild Live Park!!!!
AHHHHH~ and we got to see some super cute animals!

Then, we head back to town and went to see the Sydney Olympic park!

Went out in search of food. Rawr, hungry.
I've been eyeing on Burgerlicious for the whole time, and finally got a chance to try it.

Day 5
We went to 2 parks! Wanted to explore deeper in the city before heading back home :(
First was Hyde park!
And then, it was Balmore Park!
Lovely Church!!!! The bell was ringing non-stop for ard 10mins.
In Australia, Chemist = Pharmacist!
Before going back to the hotel, we went shopping at a local supermarket.
Bought more food, and chocolates! I realize that they alr started selling christmas goodies!
There were candy canes and christmas chocolates.
After that, went into The Galeries Victoria's and into the book store we go.
A funny incident happened there.
I, apparently, had $50. So, bro and I wanted to buy books
and when we were paying up, I handed bro my $50 note.
But it turned out that it was actually $5 -_-
Embarassing. Bro had to tell the cashier to cancel 1 book.
And the guy (another cashier) was laughing.
AHHH. I didn't get the book =\
-fast forward-
At the airport!!!!
I keep spraying perfume samples. HAHAHAH
and, we are lucky enough to seat Airbus!!!
The double story airplane! Kehehehhehe
I swear, the wings of the plane is freaking huge. So wide.
I actually wanted to seat the 2nd story, but didn't :(
It's where all the suites areeee!
OK, so we reluctantly went back to S'pore.
It's regrettable that the trip is soooo short (5 days only, blame mumzy)
I WILL BE BACK!
